The Licensing Process - Step 2 - Enroll Driver Training

We know... This is the most confusing...
form and causes the most aggravation of all of the licensing steps. This certificate is required of every teenager to obtain a permit. This certificate (OL 392) is issued by the driving school that a student intends to take their driver training course with. Driversity's driver education students are given this certificate when they complete driver education (live courses only) with us. Online and Distance student's please note that OL 392 certificates are not automatically issued and must be requested. Usually, when a student has completed driver education elsewhere (outside of Driversity) and has chosen Driversity to complete the driver training course with, will the certificate be issued. If you are new to Driversity and need the enrollment certificate go here for the online form.

Once you submit this form to Driversity we will process the required paperwork and issue a DMV certificate. This certificate will be sent via U.S. Postal Service on the next business day. **Driving schools are NOT required to issue the OL 392 certificate on demand. Rather, it is issued when a student plans to take driver training then enrolls with the issuing school and requests the certificate.
