Driver training is the second required course for those under 18. Currently you must complete a minimum of 6 hours with a licensed driving instructor. Two hour lessons are scheduled 7 days a week. Three lessons will meet the state requirement for certification.

Scheduling your lessons is easy. You control your when you want to take your lessons. Use our online scheduler so that you can see, change, add, or reschedule your appointments any day at any time. Please note that you must have your permit number and expiration date to schedule any lessons.

An example of weekly scheduling times are: 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm, 5pm-7pm, 7pm-9pm or weekends and summer is 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm. There are other variations and some instructor availability varies but, you get the idea. In addition to the required 6 hour course you must complete 50 hours of supervised practice - 10 hours must be at night.

Each lesson builds on the next lesson. Ideally, we like to schedule two lessons fairly close together. The first lesson is required when the permit is issued. This will "validate" the permit. We cover a variety of things on the first lesson. We are not shy and get you right out onto the road. The next lesson builds from the first lesson. This is where most experience the greatest improvement. The last lesson we cover the remaining topics on our lesson plan. This largely depends on how much practice time the student was able to complete between lessons. We also like to devote a bit of time and cover the actual road test.

*Driver Training - $99 is reserved for those that completed driver education with Driversity™.
*Driver Training - $105 is reserved for those under 18 that did NOT take driver education with Driversity™.
*Driver Training - $110 is reserved for those over 18 that did NOT take driver education with Driversity™.
